Newly renovated modern vacation rental north of the pier in Cayucos! You will love the views and perfect location the home has to offer. This beach home is truly a hidden oasis! Enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the calming lighting and open floor plan, just perfect for families to gather! PRIVATE STAIRWAY TO THE COVE!

Three bedroom, two bath cabin. Main beachfront home has kitchen, living room w/37" HD flat screen TV, DVD and VCR, sun porch, one bedroom, and one bath. Two additional bedrooms and second bath located on second level over detached garage (no access from main home). Upstairs west facing bedroom has 27" HD flat screen TV and DVD. Upstairs East facing bedroom has 32" flat screen TV. You'll love the incredible views from the house, and it just gets better as you step out onto the beachside patio and deck. A private stairwell takes you to a private cove for tide-pooling and sun-bathing. Bedroom in main living quarters has a Queen bed; sun porch has two twin beds; West facing bedroom over garage has a King bed; the second bedroom over garage has a queen, plus a trundle that pulls out to 2 twins. Dishwasher, BBQ, W/D, and internet are available on property. VACATION READY! – Not suitable for toddlers.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. 1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
