The hall guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and beautifully decorated to give you the full beach-house experience. Twin bed, flat panel TV and sitting/standing desk in the guest bedroom located off of kitchen. Heavenly Hideaway is the perfect home to accommodate a fantastic experience for any family. Washer and dryer located off of the living room. 

Twin bed in guest room off of kitchen can be kept together and used as a single twin bed, opened and separated so that there are 2 twin beds, or opened and pushed together (they have a connector) which will create a king-sized bed

(Please note the upstairs portion of this home is not available for guests and is used on occasion by owners only.)

Pets are allowed but only for dogs under 20 pounds. 

RENTAL RATES:

30 Night Minimum- Must book with a Beachside Rentals Team member.

Rates vary on season and length of stay: Between $3,300-$5,000 monthly

Security Deposit Options:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
