Welcome to Sail Away! This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom pet-friendly home in Cayucos offers breathtaking ocean views, inviting outdoor space, and all the amenities for a memorable stay! This 2-story home is a unique Cayucos style cottage settled a few blocks from downtown and even closer to the nearest beach access.

Sail Away's front outdoor area welcomes you to the property with an electric fire pit and ample seating around the porch. Through the front door on the ground level is a spacious game room with a card table and pool table ready for family night, as well as a queen murphy bed as an extra sleeping space! The first bedroom on the ground floor features a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with ocean themed decor. Through the glass doors takes you to the backyard with a hot tub, lounge area, BBQ and well-landscaped gardens for your enjoyment.

Upstairs is the kitchen and living room with a seating area perfect for taking in the ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has wonderful ocean views of its own, modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary tools for your culinary creations! Through sliding glass doors is a small deck with outdoor table and chairs for you to take in more of the beautiful Cayucos coast. Down the hall is another large bedroom featuring a queen bed, across from a full bathroom. Laundry space is located in the hall between the bedroom and bathroom. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, Sail Away offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is a unit attached to the home with a separate entrance used by the owners and their pets.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
