Pack your bags and head to (073) Peaceful Retreat for a month-long vacation to fully explore all that Morro Bay and the Central Coast has to offer. Enjoy the comfortable and remodeled classic Beach Tract home just a block and a half from an easy path to the Morro Strand Beach. This three-bedroom, two bath home includes a nicely equipped kitchen that opens to a spacious dining area that seats six. There are two living rooms -- one at the front of the house, and one at the back. A large private patio provides a sunny spot and shelter from the wind for enjoying coastal living. Patio table and chairs, an umbrella, and a propane BBQ are ready for your al fresco dining. There are large side and front pathways for great reading spots. Primary bedroom (king) has cable TV, and en-suite updated bathroom with step in shower. Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds) is just past the hall bathroom. 3rd bedroom (queen) is across from the hall bathroom, and has dual entries from hall or from the back living room. The back living room features a large flatscreen smart TV with cable, DVD player, bistro table seating for 2; and a queen size "Murphy" bed as an additional sleeping option or for occasional guests. The front living room features an electric fireplace for ambiance, a flat screen cable TV, nicely stocked bookcases, and a sliding glass door out to the side patio. Washer/dryer located in garage for your convenience. Garage accommodates two cars, driveway fits two cars. Pets not allowed.
