Bedrooms are located towards the back of house with access to the large grassy back yard. The back yard is perfect for family BBQ's and relaxing in the Cayucos sun. Outdoor shower available for after beach activities. Vacation Ready!! Fireplace unavailable.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. 1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
