Welcome to Surfside Studio Drive, where you can indulge in a perfect beach vacation! Enjoy a sun-kissed experience on the expansive deck that overlooks the stunning Cayucos State Beach and the iconic Morro Rock. This exquisite oceanfront home boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering a luxurious retreat for you and your loved ones. Located just one house to the south is a public staircase to the beach, allowing you to indulge in endless hours of beachside fun and relaxation.

The first floor features a cozy living room, a spacious dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a first bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds, and a third bathroom with a shower. Take advantage of the propane BBQ for outdoor cooking and dining.

While the garage is unavailable, the stunning views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen will make up for it. Additionally, you'll enjoy peak-a-boo views of the beach from the primary bedroom and bathrooms.

 

Please note 1 pet is allowed downstairs ONLY- A baby gate is provided to keep to this rule (additional cleaning fee required for pet)

 

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan (covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages) This option is automatically generated in quotes

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
