Welcome to Paradise! This family friendly home sits on a large ocean front lot with private staircase to beach-only 27 steps to the sandy Cayucos Beach! Walking distance to downtown Cayucos, restaurants, pier, and shops. Enjoy ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary creations, providing all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den, there's ample space for everyone. For those windy days, find tranquility in the sheltered courtyard—a serene oasis perfectly designed to soak up the sun while indulging in your favorite book and a glass of wine. Rinse off from a day at the beach with the outside shower that offers hot and cold water. Amenities include 2 BBQs, cable TV, smart TVs, and WiFi. Pets not allowed. No fire pits on the premise.

- Primary bedroom: King bed

- 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds

- 3rd Bedroom: 1 twin bed & 1 queen bed

- Den: 1 twin bed

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. 3 night minimum. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan (covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages) This option is automatically generated in quotes

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
