The unique layout allows bedroom 2 to be closed off or used for access to the common bathroom. The guest studio is detached from the main house in a converted garage space featuring 1 bedroom, full bath, with a kitchenette and laundry room. Parking for 1 car in a garage and 1-2 addition car in front of garage. Street parking is limited. Pets considered with pet cleaning fee.

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
