Welcome to (041) Sea Cottage – a spectacular beachfront vacation rental overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Cayucos Ca. This home has custom features with two things in mind: comfort and enjoyment of the beach. This home is truly a paradise at the water’s edge, perfect for a romantic vacation or small family getaways. (041) SEA Cottage is a 1bedroom (king), 1 bath (ensuite) with an open floor plan that allows for beach view from every spot in the home. SEA Cottage is one of three units in the property and the units do share the pathway from the parking spaces provided to each unit and including the shared private beach access stairway. Additionally a washer and dryer is conveniently located for the 2 rented units to share. Full kitchen, propane BBQ, Cable and smart TV accessibility for Hulu Netflix etc, wifi provide.

Cozy up next to the gas fireplace and read your favorite book or pour your glass of wine and take in the amazing sunsets. This is a one of a kind home ready for your visit!

Sleeps up to 4 guests (2 sleeper mats available for children) No pets please, no smoking. Outside shower.

This unique property has 3 homes total on it, 2 of the units are used as vacation rentals; (041) SEA Cottage being one of them and (042) A Wave From It All is the name of the 2 bedroom 1 bath home also available to rent with Beachside Rentals Inc. 

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan (covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages) This option is automatically generated in quotes

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
