Beachside Rentals, Inc has been in business for over 30 years. Our goal is to maximize occupancy and income. We are in this business because we love what we do and pride ourselves on the long term relationships established with owners, vendors and repeat guests. Here at Beachside Rentals, Inc. we understand what makes a vacation home right for our guests. By providing clean, updated and well maintained properties we can ensure that our guest's vacation is a success no matter which property they decide to stay in.
Providing outstanding customer service is what sets us apart from the rest. All of our managers live with-in 10 minutes of every property we manage. We have two after hour phone numbers and we can be reached at any time, day or night.

Vacation Rentals Management Services:
- Marketing and Advertising - Website advertising on beachsiderentals.com, visitslo.com, discoveryroute.com, Airbnb (optional). We also provide rental brochures for all walk-in customers and have one posted outside our office.
- After Hour Phone Service - Beachside Rentals, Inc. staff is personally available 24/7 for any rental related emergency (no call service). All of us reside within 5 minutes of Morro Bay and Cayucos. We are responsive to complaints, problems or damages always.
- Maintenance - Beachside Rentals, Inc. hires licensed and experienced professionals only. We have worked with our plumber, carpet cleaner, appliance person and general maintenance personnel for many years and have well established working relationships with them all.
- Housekeeping - Beachside Rentals, Inc. core cleaning team has worked with us for 8 years. In addition, we retain our supplemental seasonal cleaners for summer months and holidays. We assign an individual cleaner to each property which helps us maintain the integrity of your property. We are notified upon every tenant departure if anything needs additional cleaning, repair or maintenance, and if any item has been damaged.
- Inspections - Beachside Rentals, Inc. hires an inspector in the peak season to monitor tenant damages, cleaning consistency and overall inspection of the property.
- Damage Insurance Policy - 98% of our guest purchase a damage protection insurance policy that covers up to $2,100 of accidental damages to your home. Though not used often this policy has been helpful with past claims.
- Statements and Accounting - Beachside Rentals, Inc. sends monthly statements via email or mail. Our bookkeeper can pay any or all property bills if desired.
- Friendly and Responsive - Beachside Rentals, Inc. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take care of any issues within a timely matter.
- In Person Experience - Not only do we communicate with every guest over the phone we also see most tenants at check-in. Beachside Rentals, Inc. is unique in the way that we interact with our guests and we take the time to meet them personally at check-in and aide them with any travel needs or questions.
Full Time Rental Management Services:
- Marketing and Advertising - Website advertising on beachsiderentals.com, Zillow.com, Rent.com, Rumper.com, among many other sites for interested tenants. We also provide rental postings for all walk in customers and have one posted outside our office.
- Tenant Screening - We taking extra precautionary measures to find a good tenant for your home and complete a thorough background and credit score check.
- After Hour Phone Service - Beachside Rentals, Inc. staff is personally available 24/7 for any rental related emergency (we do not have a call service). All of us reside within 5 minutes of Morro Bay and Cayucos. We are responsive to complaints, problems or damages.
