Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and updated living spaces with unbeatable views, Hilltop on Park can be your next paradise away from home. Through the front door into the main level of the home, the panoramic views of the Cayucos coastline greet you and flood the room with natural light. The views are unmatched, offering sightseeing from the bluffs in the North, stretching all the way to Morro Rock in the South, all from your open kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, modern appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare homemade meals while watching the waves. Behind the kitchen is the first bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an office space with a pullout couch. This room can double as a sleeping area if needed. The garage is available for guest use and has its own entrance to the main level of the home, opening next to a small laundry space with a washer and dryer.

Down the well-lit staircase are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a large walk-in closet, large en-suite bathroom; with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and dual sinks, excellent views of the ocean and access to a jack and jill style patio lounging space. The second spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views and access to the same outdoor space connecting to the primary bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds giving the home plenty of space to host your friends and family. The 3rd bathroom is located in the hallway for shared access for bedroom 2 and 3, it features a full shower/tub combo with beach accents.

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
