Just outside the Cottage there is a private 1/2 covered large patio space featuring an outdoor living area to soak in the outdoors. The thoughtful outdoor space also includes accommodations to wash off from the beach, sit out and enjoy the Cayucos weather.

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
