The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary creations, providing all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den, there's ample space for everyone. For those windy days, find tranquility in the sheltered courtyard—a serene oasis perfectly designed to soak up the sun while indulging in your favorite book and a glass of wine. Rinse off from a day at the beach with the outside shower that offers hot and cold water. Amenities include 2 BBQs, cable TV, smart TVs, and WiFi. Pets not allowed. No fire pits on the premise.

- Primary bedroom: King bed

- 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds

- 3rd Bedroom: 1 twin bed & 1 queen bed

- Den: 1 twin bed

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. 3 night minimum. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
