Welcome to the lower level of The Cody House, a charming beachside retreat in the heart of Cayucos on Studio Drive, just steps from the sand and ocean. This cozy and well-appointed unit is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, ideal for quiet mornings or evenings after a day at the beach. The lower unit features three inviting bedrooms.

The first primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with an updated ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second primary bedroom, with vintage blue door accents, offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with a tub and shower combo. This room also has a built-in kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and a large pantry. Adjacent to this room is a bonus space with a full-sized bed—ideal for additional guests. These two rooms offer added privacy with their own entry door. Please note, the bonus room is accessed through the primary bedroom, and it doesn't have its own entrance. Outside, unwind in the expansive outdoor area, complete with a large dining bench that seats up to 12, perfect for gathering and enjoying meals al fresco.

This spacious yet cozy retreat combines modern comforts with vintage charm, ensuring a memorable stay just moments from the waves.

Parking: Available for 2 vehicles in tandem on Cody Ave, closest to the front doors. Please leave room for guest parking.

Please note - hot tub unavailable to guests.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan (covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages) This option is automatically generated in quotes

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
