Beautiful rock and ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This home has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, + den room, single level, oceanfront beach house. Master bedroom has a queen bed, the second room has 2 twin beds and the den room has 2 twins (trundle bed-suitable for children). 2 car garage (1 spot in garage available for guests) + driveway and street parking. Charcoal BBQ.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
