Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one of them featuring a queen sized bed and the other two bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each. This level also includes a cozy bonus den w/ full size pull out couch, providing an extra sleeping space. From the den you will have direct access to the patio through the french doors. Downstairs there are two full, updated bathrooms with easy access from the bedrooms and comfortable amenities.
Upstairs has an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area that are bathed in natural light and offer panoramic ocean views, creating an inviting space for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one would need. The primary king suite, also on the upper level, is a true sanctuary with sweeping ocean views, private access to deck and features an ensuite bathroom.
This home features a spacious outdoor area to unwind, BBQ, and enjoy the beautiful views Cayucos has to offer. Private staircase leading directly down to the Cayucos state beach. The patio is accessible from both levels of the home. Full garage access with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
