Experience the ultimate beach getaway at Pacific Paradise, a newly remodeled home conveniently located across the street from beach access in Cayucos. This delightful retreat offers easy walking distance to downtown Cayucos, where you can explore the pier, dine at local restaurants, and browse charming shops. Step inside the open floor plan, where a bright and airy living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen await. Skylights and ceiling fans enhance the inviting atmosphere throughout the house.

On the main level, you'll find three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom features a luxurious Cal King-sized bed and a private bath with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a Cal King-sized bed, while the third bedroom provides a comfortable Queen-sized bed. The hallway bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combo, with shower heads positioned at a higher level for added comfort. Upstairs, a family room awaits with a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper, a television, and a convenient half bath. Large ocean-facing windows and a slider open up to a sweeping view deck, allowing you to savor the stunning coastal vistas.

After a day at the beach, take advantage of the outside shower for a refreshing rinse. Please note that the garage is not available for parking but offers additional sleeping quarters equipped with heat and carpet. Indulge in the perfect beach escape at Pacific Paradise, where comfort, convenience, and family friendly adventures await.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
