The interior of the home is furnished comfortably, and features antiques and family heirlooms. The living room has vintage knotty pine walls, large view windows, a large flat screen TV/DVD, a piano and novel filled bookshelves to help you relax. The kitchen has granite counters, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner cast iron stove and a convection oven. The 2 bedrooms in the main house have Queen sized beds and flat screen televisions. Only 38 stairs to the sand!

UNIT A: Updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront duplex. Both bedrooms have a Queen sized bed and a television. There is a Full sized futon located between the entry and the dining room. The outdoor brick patio features a natural gas BBQ and a dining table with umbrella and chairs. A beautiful lawn faces the oceanfront and leads to private steps to the sand. The home is decorated with comfortable furniture,antiques and family hierlooms . Included are W/D, wireless internet and cable. No fireplace.
UNIT B: Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath duplex that faces Studio Drive. This home features vintage knotty pine throughout, a small kitchen with an electric stove and oven and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a 13" TV. The living room has a Full sized futon and a 32" TV. Dining area seats 3. No BBQ or W/D. NO PETS ALLOWED

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
