Enjoy the open floor plan that brings everyone together, whether you're cooking in the well equipped kitchen, sharing meals in the dining area, or lounging in the spacious living room. The converted garage offers a bonus TV room and laundry area. Outdoors includes Ping pong, basketball hoop, outdoor dining and lounge chairs to enjoy the propane fire pit.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: brand new King bed with updated ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
Second Bedroom: Queen bed
Third Bedroom: Two bunk beds (each with a full-size bottom and twin-size top) –great for kids or group travelers
Hall Bath: Tub/shower combo
With everything you need for a relaxing stay, this lovely home is the perfect base for beach days, evening BBQs, and making lasting memories. (note: fireplace does not work, sofa sleeper in garage does not work).

1) $65 non-refundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)
2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (Must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)
*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
