Toni purchased Beachside Rentals, Inc. in 2003, bringing her passion for hospitality, marketing, and real estate to the Central Coast. With family roots in Cayucos, returning to the area to grow Beachside Rentals, Inc. was a welcome homecoming and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
As a licensed Broker Associate, Toni brings decades of experience in business, marketing, property management, and real estate investment. Having lived in many different places and owned investment properties throughout the United States and abroad, she offers a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge to both homeowners and guests.
Originally from Visalia, Toni currently splits her time between Visalia and Cayucos, staying actively involved in the communities she loves. She is happily married and enjoys spending time with family and friends while maintaining strong ties to both communities.
Toni is also deeply committed to supporting the local community. She serves on the Visitors Alliance of Cayucos (VAC), is a Chair Member with SLOCAL, member of Cal Travel and an active Rotarian. Her involvement in these organizations reflects her dedication to promoting tourism, supporting local businesses, and helping the Central Coast continue to thrive.
When she's not working, Toni enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, exploring new places, and fostering kittens. Her vision, leadership, and commitment to exceptional service have helped Beachside Rentals become a trusted name on California's Central Coast for more than two decades. Beachside Rentals is a member of Cayucos Chamber and a member of Better Business Bureau.
Kathleen has been a valued member of the Beachside Rentals team for more than 20 years. Her dedication to the company, homeowners, and guests has made her an integral part of Beachside Rentals and the Cayucos community.
A proud mother to her daughter, Angelina Rose, Kathleen built a wonderful life on the Central Coast alongside her late husband, Jim Ruddell, the beloved owner of Ruddell's Smokehouse in Cayucos. Together, they created deep roots in the community and shared a love for the coastal lifestyle that continues today.
When she's not at work, Kathleen enjoys taking long walks with her dog, traveling throughout the United States and around the world, spending quality time with family and friends, and supporting local restaurants and businesses. Her warmth, local knowledge, and years of experience make her a trusted resource and a familiar face to many of our guests and homeowners.
Maggie is a Central Coast native and a proud graduate of Morro Bay High School. She also earned her Associate of Arts degree from Cuesta College. With more than 15 years at Beachside Rentals and prior experience in the lodging industry, she brings extensive knowledge of vacation rentals, hospitality, and property management to the team. Maggie is also a licensed Broker Associate, providing valuable expertise to both homeowners and guests.
She is happily married and the proud mom of two active children, so weekends are often spent cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, gathering with family and friends, and enjoying great food, local wine, and everything the Central Coast has to offer.
When she finds a little free time, Maggie loves heading out on camping adventures with her family and exploring the beautiful outdoors. Her deep roots in the community and passion for the Central Coast make her a trusted resource for homeowners and a welcoming guide for guests visiting the area.
Taylor is a Central Coast native with more than 11 years of experience at Beachside Rentals. As a licensed Broker Associate, she brings a strong background in vacation rental management, customer service, and property operations. Her experience in real estate, combined with growing up in a family involved in the rental industry, has provided her with valuable insight into both homeowner and guest needs.
Taylor graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional service make her a trusted resource for homeowners and guests alike.
She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her family, including her son and her dog, Wilson. When she's not working, you'll likely find her practicing yoga, camping, hiking, swimming, playing adult softball, enjoying the beach, or taking advantage of the many outdoor activities the Central Coast has to offer. Her active lifestyle and love for the community reflect the energy and enthusiasm she brings to Beachside Rentals every day.
Natalie was raised in Cayucos and has a deep appreciation for the Central Coast lifestyle. Having lived and explored many different areas throughout California, she brings a broad perspective and a genuine love for helping visitors discover all that our coastal communities have to offer.
Before joining Beachside Rentals, Natalie built experience in a variety of careers that helped develop her exceptional customer service skills. For the past two years, she has been an important part of the Beachside Rentals team, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance to both guests and homeowners.
When she's not at work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and taking long walks through her hometown of Cayucos. Her local knowledge and welcoming personality make her a wonderful resource for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Central Coast.
