With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this beautifully furnished home is suitable for a large family exploring Cayucos. Ocean-views on every floor with windows and skylights in every direction making this home bright and inviting. On the first floor is the garage for guest parking and entry way to the upstairs living space. Up the stairs to the second floor is the living room with spectacular ocean views, beautiful furnishings, and an array of amenities for guests to enjoy. This large living space opens up to the kitchen with new appliances as well as a breakfast bar and built-in dining area.
One of the bedrooms is located along the main floor, with a washer/dryer for guest use. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and private yard access . Up the stairs to the third floor the landing welcomes you into a workspace with great views of its own, but around the corner is the master bedroom with a king size bed, its own fireplace, and seating area for enjoyment. The ensuite primary bathroom is well lit and boasts a large double shower and built-in vanity. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen size bed and its own private balcony. Further down the hall is a bonus bedroom with a full size murphy bed that folds up into the wall if needed. Smart TV’s in living room and bedrooms, pets considered, elevator not for guest use.
