Welcome to the upper level of The Cody House, a stylish beachside retreat offering breathtaking ocean views, just steps from the beach on Cayucos’ scenic Studio Drive. As you ascend the stairs, you're welcomed by stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The spacious living room features expansive windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and providing gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen and dining area.

Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, and enjoy dining with the ocean as your backdrop. Down the hallway, you'll find the first bathroom with a shower/tub combo, along with a stackable washer and dryer for convenience. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed for restful sleep.

The wrap-around balcony offers access to views from all angles of the property, with the best views from the west-facing deck, where you can relax in outdoor chairs, enjoy a BBQ, and take in the stunning scenery. Additional amenities include a BBQ, Smart TV, washer and dryer, and pet consideration (with approval). Please note that the downstairs outdoor garden area is not available to upper unit guests.

For larger groups or families, consider renting both units of The Cody House (054U & L) to accommodate more guests.

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
