You will not be disappointed with the amazing views over looking the Pacific Ocean. This home is up on Bakersfield, making it an easy walk down town, to the beach or pier. We are excited for your family to gather and make new memories!
This comfortable and roomy, three-story house is ideal for large, family gatherings and retreats. The spacious living room has a fireplace, 42"flat screen TV W/cable. 2nd TV in upstairs master. Other TV's have no cable-only for movies, and DVD player. The beach is just a few short blocks away. The stunning views make you feel like you are on top of the world. Beds: 2K, 4Q, 3 T. Amenities: Fireplace,Washer, Dryer, No Smoking, , natural gas BBQ, Ping Pong Table, Pool Table and Deck. NO HOT TUB.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)
