Modern Myster-Sea is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front home on Ocean Front Avenue; literally a few steps to the sand, in the heart of downtown Cayucos! This great location offers immediate access to the pier, locally owned shops and restaurants, and down town ocean views that stretch from Morro Rock to the north end of Cayucos bluffs. You wont need to drive your car anywhere, because you are THERE in the heart of Cayucos. The open floor plan and high beam ceilings offer a feeling of spaciousness. Enjoy terrific ocean views from the living room, dining area and kitchen. Both bedrooms and 1 bath (tub/shower combo) is located upstairs on the main floor. In the private hallway down stairs there is access to the 2nd full bath (shower only), laundry area and garage. The large shared garage is available for tenant use to store your vehicle, bicycles, surf boards, wet suits, etc. The garage is shared with an adjacent locally owned business (they use the trash cans located inside garage). Please note, you must walk through a private hallway and up a flight of steep stairs to get to the main living area. No businesses have access to the hallway. Smart TV, option to enter your own account info to watch desired shows. NO CABLE. Youtube TV provided. NO BBQ. Queen air mattress available in upstairs closet.

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)
*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
