The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the main entry level, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with its own en-suite bathroom and another with a hall bathroom nearby. Upstairs includes the open kitchen, half bath, family room with breathtaking coastal views, and the primary bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. From both the family room and the primary suite, you’ll have direct access to the ocean-view deck. The primary suite also offers a king-sized bed and sweeping vistas to wake up to.

Step outside to the deck with outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying meals or your favorite beverage while soaking in the fresh sea air. Outdoor stairs lead from the kitchen to the side yard near the garage, making BBQing convenient. The garage itself is set up as a fun entertainment space with a ping pong table, couch, and plenty of storage for beach gear. The yard has been newly landscaped with a lawn, multiple sitting areas, and a back patio for relaxing.

You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
