Pier Perfect is one of the original charming and historic homes in beautiful downtown Cayucos. This 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home with peek-a-boo ocean and pier views is just steps to the pier, ocean, and downtown Cayucos. Built in 1920, Pier Perfect retains its authentic charm with original hardwood flooring, arched windows and hallway entrance, original ceilings and front door. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the front porch while the sun sets. Then retire to the rear deck to BBQ under the canopy of a fruit bearing avocado tree. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a large, private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has an Queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin sized beds. Great for a family getaway. Private Parking in rear (not suitable for large vehicles) . Amenities include a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player, washer/dryer, central heating, a roll-away twin bed
