Welcome to Pier Perfect, one of the original and historic homes in downtown Cayucos. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach home offers peek-a-boo ocean and pier views and is just steps away from the pier, ocean, and downtown area. Built in 1920, Pier Perfect has retained its authentic charm with original hardwood flooring, arched windows and hallway entrance, and even the original ceilings and front door.
 
Start your day by sipping on a cup of coffee or tea on the cozy front porch while watching the sunrise over the ocean. In the afternoon, relax with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the pier. Later, grill your favorite dishes on the rear deck under the canopy of a fruit-bearing avocado tree.
 
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with a large, private bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin-sized beds, making Pier Perfect a great choice for a family getaway. Private parking is available in the rear of the home (please note, it may not be suitable for large vehicles).
 
Additional amenities include a 42" flat-screen TV with DVD player, washer/dryer, central heating, and a roll-away twin bed for additional sleeping options.
