Sea the Light is a large, spacious home ideal for a family gathering. Ocean views from the large deck and front porch lead you into an open floor plan. Less than 1 block to the beach access at 6th Street and short walking distance to downtown Cayucos. Skylights strategically placed to keep the 2,200 square foot home filled with sunlight. See the Light has a wonderful selection of original artworks, ample seating in living areas, and smart TV's in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and electric appliances. All 3 bedrooms are on the 1st level. The 1st bedroom has a cal king sized bed, bedroom #2 has a standard king sized bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The downstairs living room couch pulls out into a queen sleeper. In the bonus room upstairs there is a wet bar, spacious sitting area, and a very large deck off the bonus room with fabulous ocean views!

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
