The chef’s kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry, premium appliances, and an oversized island, opening seamlessly to a spacious dining area and stylish living room with a stone fireplace and multiple seating areas perfect for reading, relaxing, and soaking in the view.

Past the signature curvy blue couch, a secondary sunken living room offers a large wraparound sofa and the option to drop down a projector screen for movie nights. Remote-control blinds make it effortless to open or close the many oceanfront windows. (Please note: The flooring in this space is in progress. 1) $180 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)
