(044A,B,C) The Salt Box consist of all 3 units on the property (Captain's Quarter's, Crow's Nest, and the Carriage House) which combined can sleep up to 13 guests.The Salt Box is located downtown Cayucos right next to the Brown Butter Company and across the street from beach access. This is the ultimate home to be in the downtown location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and of course the iconic pier and beach. Best of all this home is offered for larger groups to rent and yet still have some separation if desired! The Salt Box is a 2 story home totaling 6 bedrooms (plus day bed area and 4 bathrooms within the 3 units. Each unit does have its own entrance.
For simplicity here is the break down of beds/baths per unit:
(044 C) Captain's Quarters makes up the main floor of the duplex featuring a spacious living room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom, down the hall the second bedroom contains two twin beds, and the third room offers another queen bed. The home also has a day bed in the sun room that can asleep one extra guest. Parking for 3 cars
(044 B) Crow's Nest is the private upstairs space above the Captain's Quarters featuring a fully stocked kitchen, living room and 2 cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds, and the second larger bedroom features a queen bed with a bathroom off the hall. PLEASE NOTE, the staircase to the living quarters is steep and narrow. Parking for 2 cars
(044 A) The Carriage House is a studio style cottage with a full kitchen, private bathroom and a queen bed. Parking for 1 car.
Wifi, 2 BBQs, TV's, DVD Players, Washer and Dryer (SHARED BY ALL UNITS), 6 parking spaces, all parking must be on the premises.
Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:
1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)
2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)
*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
