This welcoming duplex on the north end of Studio Drive is a wonderful family beach rental. This home is located on the bluff, and features sweeping ocean views, grassy lawns, and an enclosed ocean facing brick patio. It's the perfect property for BBQing and enjoying our famous Cayucos sunsets! The interior of the home is furnished with comfortable furniture, antiques and family heirlooms. The living room has vintage knotty pine walls, large view windows, a large flat screen TV/DVD, a piano and novel filled bookshelves to help you relax. The kitchen has granite counters, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner cast iron stove and a convection oven. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Only 38 stairs to the sand!

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
